Sale Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Size exchange is allowed if the desired size is in stock.
  • Gift cards and coupon codes can be used during sales.

Exchange & Return Policy

👗 Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window: Request within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Fee: ₹49 for size exchanges.
Eligibility:
✔️ Unused, unwashed items with tags & original packaging.
❌ Stained or damaged items (unless received that way) are not eligible.
❌ Non-exchangeable: Innerwear, swimwear, accessories, custom-made items.

Exchange Process:
1️⃣ Submit a request on our Exchange/Return portal.
2️⃣ Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup. (Max 2 attempts)
3️⃣ If pickup fails, customers may be required to self-ship.
4️⃣ Once verified, the exchange will be processed.

Stock Availability: If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product will be offered.

Second Exchange:

  • The first size exchange is free.
  • A ₹250 charge applies for a second exchange on the same product.

🔄 Return Policy for Apparel

Return Window: Request within 3 days of delivery.
Return Fee: ₹129 (deducted for reverse shipping).
Refund Mode: Coupon Code for future purchases.

Coupon Usage:

  • Valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
  • Can be used for a single purchase of equal or higher value.
